A partnership withoffers you
More than just a logo
Why partner?
Our members go through an intake procedure based on curiosity, ambition and potential. We provide our partners with valuable connections to a selected group of STEM students.
Your brand shows up at events, on merchandise and across our socials, all year long, not just as a logo buried at the bottom of a homepage.
We internally distribute your thesis subjects, internships and open positions to our members.
We organise the SATUS Case Project, where a Founding Partner can provide an actual problem to our members. During the academic year, our members will work on this case and report back to you. We set up the Case Project based on your exact needs and expectations.
We're a registered vzw
SATUS Leuven is a registered non-profit (vzw), so we invoice your partnership as a service. Your company can deduct it in full as a marketing or recruitment expense, and since we bill under the small-business VAT exemption, no VAT gets added.

More details
We internally share your vacancy to our members.
Within five working days of the event: how many people came, which faculties and years they came from, photos with your branding visible, our social reach, and what concretely happened for you (for example how many students asked about your open roles).
Choose between a 45-minute hands-on workshop for our members; an evening at your office where we bring roughly 20 students to you; or a reverse pitch, where you pitch your company to the room the way a startup would pitch an investor.
Almost all of our members opt in to share their CV and contact details with our partners upon joining. Our members join through an intake procedure, so you get a list of students who are genuinely interested in your company and your open roles.
In June: everything you got over the year, the attendance behind it, and what we would do differently next year. It is also the moment we talk about renewal.
You hand us a genuine problem from your company (a market question, a data set, a technical prototype, a go-to-market decision) and a team of our members works on it through a semester or the full academic year, with checkpoints along the way, and presents their work back to you at the end. We agree the scope together before we start, and whatever comes out of it is yours.
The event carries your name in every mention of it: “SATUS Pitch Night, powered by your company” on the posters, the sign-up page, the slides and the recap.
Two or three pieces we make together and publish on our channels: a founder interview, a deep-dive into a subject of your liking, or a write-up of the case your team worked on.
Our rates go up as our events grow. Yours does not, for two full years, and you get first refusal on your slot before we offer it to anyone else.
You backed us in our first year and the site will say so permanently, whether or not you are still a partner later.
Not ready for one year?
An annual plan is not the only way to work with us. Plenty of good partnerships start with one event — or with a room and some pizza.
À la carte
Not everything has to be an annual commitment. If you would rather start with one event, or you have budget left at the end of the year, these are available on their own.
- Meetup title partner
- Flagship event partner (e.g. pitch night)
- Jury seat at the pitch night
- Merchandise: sleeve print / back print
- Host an event at your office (room, food and drinks)
Support in kind
For an organisation our size, in-kind support is worth a lot. There are many ways to help us without a cash contribution, for example:
- A workshop at your office: a room, some food and drinks, and a hands-on session with our members.
- A company visit: a tour of your office, a talk about your company, and (a) networking (drink).
- A Founder Meeting: you join us (either in Leuven or online) and share your story, experience and insights.
- Drinks or catering for the year
- Software licences or credits for our members
- Printing, banners or merchandise production
- A speaker, a mentor, or a jury member
- Photography or video at an event
Ready to work together?
Tell us whether you are hiring, looking for clients, or want to be visible among founders. We will tell you which plan fits to your needs.
The agreement is a single A4: term, plan, every deliverable written out, and what happens if we fall short. It runs 1 September to 31 August.
Your logo, posts, event(s) and/or Project Case get planned over both semesters, so you are present all year instead of for one evening.
Numbers, photos and outcomes within five working days of every event, and a one-page impact report in June before we ask you to renew.

Send us a message with the plan you have in mind, or ask us anything about partnering with SATUS. We typically reply within a day with next steps.
Partnerships@satus.be→Common questions
Every tier gives you access to KU Leuven STEM students who joined through an intake procedure, visibility at our events and on our channels, and the ability to distribute job postings, internships and thesis subjects to our members. Higher tiers add dedicated events and a speaking slot; the Founding tier also includes the SATUS Case Project.
Three cumulative tiers for the 2026–2027 academic year (1 September 2026 – 31 August 2027): Supporting Partner, Main Partner, and Founding Partner. Each tier includes everything the tier below it offers, plus its own additional benefits. The right tier depends on whether you're mainly hiring, building visibility, or looking to run a project with our members — see the side-by-side comparison on this page.
This is the SATUS Case Project, part of the Founding Partner tier. You hand us a genuine problem from your company (a market question, a data set, a technical prototype, a go-to-market decision) and a team of our members works on it over a semester or the full academic year, with checkpoints along the way, then presents their work back to you. Scope is agreed together before the project starts, and whatever comes out of it is yours. To set one up, contact partnerships@satus.be with an outline of the case.
No. A la carte options include a single meetup title, a flagship event, a jury seat, or merchandise placement, and in-kind support (a room, catering, software credits, a speaker or mentor) is welcomed with no invoice needed.
Yes. Sponsorship in return for visibility and access is a service, not a gift, so your company can deduct it in full as a marketing or recruitment expense. SATUS Leuven vzw invoices under the small-business VAT exemption (art. 56bis W.Btw), so no VAT is added.
Email partnerships@satus.be or book a call. We start with a conversation, not a PDF, to work out whether you're hiring, looking for clients, or want visibility among founders, and which plan (if any) fits. From there it's a one-page agreement covering the term, plan and every deliverable, activation planned across both semesters, and a report within five working days of every event you appear in.
